Image about waste

The first step for Changing Waste Patterns is to conduct waste audits. An audit will identify what your waste is and enable you to build on the good practices and establish new approaches to manage waste and reduce costs.

Learn the differences between single-use packaging alternatives or reusables. CWP also offers to educate your staff as to the benefits of implementing positive environmental changes to your business and help overcome perceived barriers for both staff and customers.

Why is a waste assessment necessary?

The purpose of the waste and food waste assessments are to gather data. The data collected will help determine the types and quantity of waste generated so appropriate reduction strategies can be implemented. It is also an opportunity to identify issues, set benchmarks and improve on current practices. There are two options here; Changing Waste Patterns will provide you with the assessments and guidelines for you to undertake the assessments yourself and send the data to Changing Waste Patterns for analysis.
